Wall sandwich panels “Arsenal panel” are produced according to Technical Requirements and are designed for buildings protective structures of civil and industrial construction.
Wall sandwich panels “Arsenal panel” have 3 layered structure which consists of:
- Trapezoid sheets (top one and bottom one) made of steel with protective polymer coating with thickness 0,5 millimeter and more;
- Core of insulation:
1) Plates produced of mineralized fine-fibered wool based on basalt fiber with synthetic binding agent with hydrophobisator admixture and vertical fiber orientation.
2) Glass wool of high density
3) Foam or extrude polystyrene
In accordance to the type of insulation, wall panels “Arsenal panel” have such labeling:
- PSM (wall panels with mineralized basalt insulation);
- PSS (wall panels with glass wool insulation);
- PSP (wall panels with PVC insulation)
