Sandwich panels from “Arsenal-Panel” are recommended to be installed on metal, concrete or wood framework by means of special screws. These screws should have self-tapping thread, tightening rubber with length bigger then length of sandwich panel for 10-20mm.

All junction and ends should be covered with appropriate accessory item, from the same material in order to evade color difference. Accessories should be fastened by screws of less length. Also you may need other accessories to make the construction look complete.

Gaps between panels and accessories, as well as any others should be filled with insulation material and special foam. Seal lip should be used in gapes between panels and framework.

In lock joints should be used silicon sealant, sealed uniformly and continuously on dry and clean surface.

Before installation framework should be checked for right geometry in order to be sure for right level and angle for installed sandwich panels. First panel should be installed from the corner of the construction. In order to prevent unnecessary air and vapor movement in joint area they must be put tight.

We recommend to use sabre saw, disk saw for steel, compass saw. When cutting was finished edges should be cleaned from dust and metal shavings by soft brush. It is advisable to use electric drill and screwdriver for installation, in order to put hermetic in a place - plunger feeder.

Cutting by means of gas-plasma cutter is unacceptable. It is strictly forbidden to use any kind of saw making sparks. Panels should not be hit during installation.

The tools for installation should be attached to top-support, and not on sandwich panels itself.

Sandwich panels’ surface should be cleaned periodically from dust with washing agent safe for metal surfaces or pressed air. Use of sand, alkalization and acid is unacceptable.

When ordering sandwich panels with protective film, it should not be exposed to direct sun rays and dissolvent of any kind.  The protective film should be removed as soon as panels were installed. In place of junction and screws implementation protective film should be removed beforehand. During long term storing the protective film should be removed no within three months, otherwise film removal could be difficult. The protective film should not be removing in low or high temperatures, otherwise protective film debris or glue can be left on panels.
