Alumozink – this is cold rolled steel, coated with alloy (Aluminum 55%, Zink 43,5% and 1,5% Silicon). This cutting edge material is established wonderful reputation on European, USA and Canada markets as best substitute for conventional Zink. In year 2006 Arsenal MG presented this material for Ukrainian market for the first time, in 2007 – for CIS, Russia and Baltic. Many sandwich panel producers use Al-Zn steel from Dongbu Steel to provide top quality end product.

Sandwich panels from Arsenal-Panel produced with Al-Zn steel without polyester paint is more affordable then panels made from PPGI material. More over Al-Zn has better UV rays reflection, which prevents linear expansion and panel deformation.

Due to specially developed organic coating, panels made with Al-Zn completely fingerprints proofed, and it’s surface hold unique silver tint for many years.

Long durability and ideal corrosion protection
Al-Zn coating has unchallengeable advantages against conventional Zn material:

• Durability 3-6 times higher, then normal Zn
• High corrosion protection due to additional doping element – Aluminum
• High level of UV ray reflection (75% in comparison to 30% for Zn)
• Good adhesion characteristics and forming qualities
• With equal thickness 1m2 of Al-Zn coating 4% lighter than 1m2 of Zn, this gives us easier installation and less structural load

• SuperGalum composition excludes lead and hexavalent chrome, which makes this material Eco friendly
